Subscriptions CURRENT ISSUES Kuumba is published twice a year in the spring and fall. Subscription rates are: one year (2 issues) $7.50, two years (4 issues) $14. Outside the United States, add $8 per year, payable in U.S. funds only. Single copies are $4.50. BACK ISSUES Back issues of Kuumba #1 and Kuumba #2 are out of print, but photocopies are available.
